Erica does a great job adapting any given activity to account for injuries as needed. Every workout is complete and is as challenging as you want it to be.

I love taking and teaching small group classes at IAM. I teach *Fitness Fire and *TRX + Kettlebell Endurance classes but all of our varied IAM small group classes are fantastic! Adding appropriate small group classes to your personal training regiment is an affordable and fun way to help you reach your goals even faster. Slowing down for mobility, yoga and meditation is incredibly helpful for practicing and achieving balance too!
What are small group classes at IAM?
They include personalized attention from a highly skilled coach with no more than 10 participants in class. This gives you a customized workout while providing a fun interaction with a team of other members who are all working out with you.

*Fitness Fire
A scientifically proven method for increasing your body’s ability to burn more calories at rest. Your fitness level will soar with these fun, fast-paced group classes! This 1 hour class is focused on interval training which will help you increase your strength, reduce the likelihood of injuries, and help you manage stress.
*TRX + Kettlebell Endurance
The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body-weight to perform hundreds of exercises and challenges your entire body. We will also integrate kettlebells to get your heart-rate up! This is a very effective 1 hr total body workout including warm-up and stretching that will train your entire body in every plane of motion and help progress you towards a more solid core and greater muscular endurance.
