Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Orthopedic Testing
I’ll guide you through a FMS and Orthopedic Testing. Put simply, FMS is a standardized system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function. The FMS, along with Orthopedic Testing, identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. Based on your FMS evaluation and Orthopedic Testing, I will write a scientifically balanced BARE Training program that progresses to the next phase every 4-6 weeks. Your program will focus on the most effective exercises for your unique body so you can meet your goals quickly and safely.
Initial Body Composition Assesment
Once you join BARE Training, we take periodic ongoing weight and body circumference measurements so you can see how much your hard work is paying off!
Food Journal Discussion
We will discuss your eating patterns and relationship with food. You have the option to complete a provided BARE Food Journal for ongoing review as we work together. Proper nutrition is crucial to overall health success and I’m here to help hold you accountable!
